What to do with Halloween coloring pages?

There are some fun things that you can do with printable coloring pages, beyond just hanging them on your fridge. Here are a couple of simple ideas to use for the completed Halloween coloring pages that are great for kids!

  1. Create a Coloring Book. You can print out this cover sheet, then staple it all together as a book, instead of single pages.

  1. Use them to wrap a small present. A single sheet of coloring paper is the perfect size to wrap up a small gift for someone special. Such a personalized form of wrapping paper would be a great touch to add to a small teacher gift or treat. If you want thicker paper, print your coloring page on card stock.
  2. Frame it! I love using my kid’s artwork throughout my gallery wall. A Halloween coloring page would be great to frame and use yearly as part of your Halloween decor. Again, if you plan on doing this, you may want to print it out on card stock.
  3. Make it into a bookmark. Take heavy card stock and cut it into strips. Next, cut out the images you like on the coloring pages and glue them to the heavy card stock. (This will only work on the smaller images within the coloring pages, like the bats, but it would still be a fun activity for kids!) Once you have finished, you can leave it as is or laminate the bookmark, then use a hole punch on the top and tie a black or orange ribbon through it.
